WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
WARRANTIES:
Most new Addax Tactical products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. There are several execeptions:
Addax ATAC GPU: 3 Year Limited Warranty
Addax GPU: 3 year Limited Warranty
Other Manufactures products we sell have different warranties. Please consult with these companies regarding their product warranties.
RETURN POLICY:
All
returned products must have a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
issued by Addax Tactical, and the RMA Number issued for your return must be
clearly marked on the shipping box and a copy of the RMA issued by Addax
Tactical must be enclosed in the box with the returned item(s).
For any
returns, please call Addax Tactical for a Return Authorization and for return
shipping instructions before returning any products.
Products
ordered in error by the customer may be returned to Addax Tactical if a RMA
request is made within 30 days of receipt of order. All products returned must
be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Return freight must
be pre-paid by the customer, and a 15% Restocking fee will be deducted from the
credit issued to the customer.
Products shipped in error by Addax Tactical, may be returned if a RMA request
is made within 30 days of receipt of the order. A credit or replacement will be
issued at the original price paid including all freight.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES:

For Order Cancellations: - A
15% Order Cancellation will be deducted from the credit card issued by the
customer or from any credit owed the customer for any order
cancellations and returns, no matter if we have the products in stock or not.
- Any
deposits placed for any orders that are cancelled are non refundable,
but can be used as store credit towards another product (minus the cancellation &
restocking fee).
- A 5% Credit Card Refund Transaction Fee will be applied to any credit card refunds in addition to the 15% Order Cancellation.
For Order Changes:
- A 15% parts
restocking fee can apply for order changes if we have procured most or
all of the products / parts necessary to fulfill your order. We will let you know at the time you choose to make changes to your order if this restocking fee will apply.
- The remaining amount of deposit / credit left can be applied towards another product or used as store credit.
NOTE: All Firearm Sales are Final, No Returns!
REFUNDS: We will process any refunds (minus any cancellation, restocking and credit card refund transaction fees that apply) in 7-10 business days. If you paid with check or cash in our store, then we will not deduct the credit card refund transaction fee from your refund.
