Ordering & Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING:

DUE TO THE INFLUX OF ORDERS VIA OUR WEBSITE AND OUR RETAIL STORE, ORDER PROCESSING CAN TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS, AND THIS IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE ETA OF THE PRODUCT.


ETA (ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL):


ETA’S are normally posted on our website as “ETA’s” or “Typically Ships Within XX days”, or an ETA is provided to you in our store when you place your order.

Please Note:

*ETA’s can change or can be extended at any time, for any reason with or without notice to the customer.


*ETA'S ARE ESTIMATES, NOT A SOLID DELIVERY PROMISE TIME.


*We are not responsible for changes to ETA's or Delivery Times since there are too many factors that can affect ETA's and Delivery Times such as parts shortages from various manufacturers, production / manufacturing delays for various products, and other factors that are outside of our control.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

While ADDAX TACTICAL would like to make your online & in store purchase as easy as possible, we ask that you are sure you want to purchase the item(s) in question prior to completing the order, and that if the product(s) are currently not available or on back order that you understand that we are providing you an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) which is an Estimate, and not a solid commitment or promise to deliver in the time quoted you.

 

Some Items you order might not be readily available, and in these cases, we will place a back order for the items you ordered, and ship them when they become available. 
If you decide to cancel you order prior to shipping, and we have already charged your credit card, then an order cancellation will result in additional fees imposed by the different credit card companies to refund your money back to your credit card account. ADDAX TACTICAL reserves the right to assess a 15% Cancellation Fee to cover these additional fees plus any and all administrative costs to process your refund.

Any Deposits placed for any Upper Receiver Assemblies, Firearms, Lower Receivers, or Special Order Items, Custom Orders, are Non-Refundable (Unless Agreed to by Addax Tactical) if you cancel your order. 



ORDER CHANGES:

If you decide to change your order prior to shipping or pick up, and we have to restock or return any products (Excluding Firearms, Upper Receiver Assemblies, Special Order, or Custom Ordered Items), we reserve the right to assess a 15% Restocking Fee on the products being changed to cover any restocking or return fees.



RETURN POLICY: 

PLEASE NOTE: All Firearms, Upper Receiver Assemblies, Special Order, or Custom Ordered item(s) sales are Final, No Returns!

All returned products must have a Return Authorization issued by Addax Tactical.  Please contact us directly for a Return Authorization, which will be sent via Email if we approve your return.

For any returns, please contact Addax Tactical via email: sales@addaxtactical.com for a Return Authorization and for return shipping instructions before returning any products.

Products ordered in error by the customer may be returned to Addax Tactical if a Return Authorization request is made within 30 days of receipt of order. All products returned must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Return freight must be pre-paid by the customer, and we reserve the right to assess a 15% Restocking Fee that will be deducted from the refund back to the customer.

Products shipped in error by Addax Tactical, may be returned if a RMA request is made within 30 days of receipt of the order. A credit or replacement will be issued at the original price paid including all freight.


REFUNDS:

We will process most refunds within 10 business days, unless other arrangements are made with you.  Refunds will be calculated minus any cancellation, restocking and credit card refund transaction fees that apply.  10 business days does not include the time to send a refund check to you, or for the time it takes your bank / credit card provider to show the credit back on your account.

We are not responsible for your bank / credit card provider processing time to post refunds on your credit card.

HOW TO ORDER FROM ADDAX TACTICAL:


PARTS / ACCESSORIES & UPPER RECEIVER ASSEMBLY ORDERS:


Parts / Accessories & Upper Receiver Assembly orders can be placed via our website or you can order via our retail store in San Fernando, California.


FIREARM(S) & LOWER RECEIVER ORDERS:

PLEASE NOTE: All Firearm Sales are Final, No Returns!

All Firearms orders can be placed in our retail store in San Fernando, California.

If you are not in our area, or you are unable to come down to our shop in person to do your paperwork, then we will have to ship the firearm to an authorized FFL Dealer in your area at the customer’s expense.


PAYMENTS / DEPOSITS:

  • Parts and Accessory orders will require full 100% payment when you place your order, no matter if we have the product in stock or not.

  • Upper Receiver Assembly orders will require a 50% non refundable deposit when you place your order. Full payment is required prior to pick up or shipping.

  • Firearm(s) orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit when you place your order. Full payment is required prior to pick up or shipping. (All Firearm Sales are Final, No Returns)
  • AR Lower Receivers will require a 100% full payment when you place your order. (All Lower Receiver Sales are Final, No Returns)

  • Custom Product orders will normally require a full 100% non-refundable payment when you place your order. (Addax Tactical Upper Receiver Assemblies are considered custom products, but we only require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit at the time we process your order).

Payments we accept are (VISA, MASTER-CARD, Certified Bank Check, Bank Money Orders, and Cash).

We do not accept orders or ship to any countries outside of the United States due to ITAR regulations.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and comply with all Federal, State and local laws.




SHIPPING:


We normally ship UPS Ground, insured or USPS.


UPS Next-Day and 2nd Day shipping are available shipping options at the customer’s expense.


UPS and USPS tracking numbers are provided via email automatically at the time of shipment.


We do not ship to APO addresses. We only ship to physical US addresses.


For large orders requiring freight services, the shipping and handling costs will be quoted on an individual order basis.


All Firearms being shipped will only be shipped directly to an Authorized FFL Dealer. Please contact us for more details.
